Whatever your model of paraglider you should look after the leading edge when packing your wing. Care for this will reduce ageing and improve the durability of your wing that also results in better inflation and performance. We suggest that you pack your wing using the concertina method. In addition if your glider is made with the patented GIN Rigifoil or Rigifoil Max system, you must fold your wing using the concertina method. This is not easy if you are alone and have no assistance on the landing field. This bag will not only assist you to proceed easily and quickly using this method, but will also care for the rest of the wing by reducing panel stretching and limiting fabric abrasion. As the name suggests the greatest technical innovation is the new foam protector that is supported by air. This newest generation of a harness protector requires no direct air stream. It fills up itself and provides an immediate protection. It combined the two advantages of the usual protectors. On the one hand the lightness and the small packing size of an airbag protector and on the other hand the constant and immediate protection of a conventional foam protector.
The weight of 3.5 kg in the size M was achieved by using long lived and durable nylon rip stop fabric, Snap-Lock karabiners and light chest locks. The Innovation is also robust and suitable for everyday use and ideal for Para-trekking tours or for pilots who are looking for comfortable weight optimized equipment.
In addition to the various setting of the seat positions it also offers a perfect back support over the whole length because the Innovation is fitted with a new stiffer back part that includes comfortable 3D breathable mesh padding.

Detailed Solutions with Style
The CULT harness with permanent foam protectors has been a pilot favorite for years and has been continually advanced. In 2005, we introduced the Automatic Separation System for the leg stirrups and the SOS card. Working together with the motorbike industry, we developed the Side Protectors in 2007. In the case of a lateral impact, the pilot comes away with a bruise instead of a pelvic fracture. 2008 brought the development of the Automatic Separation System for the Speed System. Size, seat board, seat board depth, back part and design have all been optimised again in 2010.
The CULT 3 is recommended for beginners to XC- and Acro-pilots with excellent passive safety and very high comfort.

The Oxygen2 harness is a sleek and clutter-free lightweight harness that is easy to use, with a focus on sensitivity and comfort with no compromise on safety. The O2 is constructed with carefully chosen materials of the highest quality to ensure a long life span and highly durable good looks.
The O2 is a versatile harness, suitable for a wide range of pilots and uses. It is an ideal harness for students and new pilots due to its lightweight and easy in/out. Experienced pilots will love the coordinated feel of the O2 in active air, and the progressive weight shift makes the handling of an Ozone wing even sweeter - locking into the core of a thermal has never been easier. Confidence and comfort in the air are crucial elements of safety and pleasure – The O2 transmits glider movement to the pilot as coordinated feedback, allowing you to feel the air around you without overloading you with too much information. The feedback can be adjusted to your taste by adjusting the semi-crossbraced chest strap.A sliding seat board allows for an easy transition from standing to seated positions, making the most important parts of the flight (take off and landing) easier, safer and less stressful. In the turn, the O2 is well balanced with progressive weight-shift that enables you to place the glider’s bank and keep it exactly where you want it in the turn.
The O2 Harness performs equally well for Soaring, Acro and XC flights, and is the harness of choice for the Ozone Test and Design Team. It is lightweight and compact, easy to fit in a standard Ozone Bag with any wing.

The Genie 4 is suited for XC pilots looking for the perfect efficient thermalling tool,
It is ideal for competition pilots who prefer to fly without a pod and for pilots who are simply looking for the utmost comfort. Compared to the Gin genie 3, the internal shape has been redesigned to improve comfort, especially from piloting perspective. It is crucial to feel comfortable when flying in different conditions and when you want to perform in all types of thermals – precision piloting gives you the difference.
The Genie 4 geometric and internal shape has been inspired by the Genie Race to improve the in-flight position and the overall performance of your glider. Just like the top models in the GIN range, it retains the T-bar system with 2 automatic buckles.
The rescue container has been completely redesigned to facilitate a faster and easier opening of the reserve chute.
The Genie 4 is more compact and the volume of the harness has been reduced (bottom and back side) to make it easier to pack, more comfortable to wear during take-off and more streamlined in-flight.

Lightweight doesn’t have to mean small A large surface area is important for the safety of a rescue parachute, Gin Gliders’ design brief for this new rescue was lightweight, but without compromising the surface area. 2 years of development and testing were necessary to reach this high standard of technical performance. The Yeti reserve parachute offers 40% more surface area than other ultra–lightweight and Ultra compact reserve competitors. The medium size weighs only 1.5 kg, yet it offers a surface area of 35 m2 and a certified sink rate of 5 m/sec., at a maximum weight in flight of 100 kg. The Yeti is delivered with inner bag

Together with the new designed inner padding the helmet not only fits perfectly, but also offers a so far not known absorbtion of impact energy.
A large bumper around the chin makes it extremely safe.
The shell is sprayed with a bump and scratchproof lacquer.
EN966 certified.

A recipe for success of the world's most sold aviation helmet: Take only the best ingredients: High quality Vinylester, fiberglass and kevlar fabric. Do not use simple polyester and cheap fiberglass mats! These are processed in a high-pressure metal mould with counter-mould. Not in a simple, open synthetic-mould. Only in this way can a high percentage of fabric use be guaranteed. By use of an annealing process, the strength of the synthetic material can be increased by up to 70% in comparison to hardening at room temperature! In this way it is possible to achieve an unbeatably lightweight, yet impact-resistant and robust outer shell One should certainly not scrimp and save on the varnishing, otherwise the helmet will rapidly become scruffy. Therefore only anneal the most expensive enamels and the best varnishes in three (by unicolor two) layers For the impact-absorption material, top quality EPS-foam (made in Germany) should be utilised, otherwise either the helmet dimensions must be larger or one fails to fulfill the CE-certification for aviation helmets (HPG) (Caution: Certain helmets fulfill only the cycle and ski helmet norm)! A helmet that has been fully upholstered with endemic material and is available in 6 definite sizes can only provide perfect fitting and maximum comfort. Adjustable internal head straps are more suitable for cycling helmets due to essential ventilation. When you put the helmet on, there should be as little to feel and see of it as possible. The chinstrap must feel comfortable and keep the helmet safely on the head Can you still communicate without difficulty when wearing the helmet? Are the sounds from the wind sufficient to judge wind speed, yet quiet enough, so that the VOX of your transistor radio still functions in flight? The interior should make it possible to put on glasses subsequently. Insider quality guarantee Some helmet manufacturers offer optically identical helmets in differing qualities. In open man-made material moulds, hand-laminated helmets can indeed be produced cheaply; they do not however come up to Charly’s standard of quality. The consumer is unable to recognise the difference initially. Only a highly developed pressure process can guarantee a constant quality of the helmet shell with a high percentage of fibre and thus high elasticity and low weight. Charly guarantee, that all Insider helmets are produced using a high pressure-pressing process with opposite mould in constant quality in accordance with the CE-norm. Sizes: XS (53/54 cm), S (55/56cm), M (57/58cm), L (59/60Ccm), XL (61/62 cm)
